Leftovers

Macaroni and Cheese
• Add leftover cubed ham, sliced hot dogs, sliced rope sausage or crumbled bacon.
• Could turn into a soup with additional cheese sauce and milk. Tomatoes would also be nice addition to the soup.

Pizza
• Leftover deli meats and/or bacon would be a great topper for pizza.
• Make a breakfast pizza with leftover morning links, ham or bacon.

Salads
• Leftover deli meats or ham into pasta salad with leftover veggies; toss with Italian or ranch dressing, or salsa.
Bacon, corn, onion, bell pepper and green chiles tossed in Southwest salad dressing.
Bacon or ham with leftover green beans and any other cooked dried beans (black, kidney, navy, pinto); toss with salsa, garlic and lime juice.
Bacon, ham or salami with leftover chunks of potatoes, onions, cucumbers and bell peppers tossed with mayonnaise/salad dressing and mustard.
• Leftover pork chops, pork loin, ham or bacon into waldorf salad (add little curry powder or use blue cheese dressing for a twist).
• Chef salad can be made with any leftover deli meats, ham, bacon, pork chops or pork loin.

Soup
• Stir leftover bacon into tomato or cheese soup.
• Leftover ham or hot dogs into broccoli cheese, tomato, vegetable, or bean soup.

Stir-Fry
• Cut leftover pork chops, pork loin, pork cubes, pork steakettes or ham into 1-inch cubes. Stir-fry with an assortment of leftover or fresh/frozen vegetables. Add any flavor stir-fry sauce.

Stuffing
• Cut leftover morning links into 1/2-inch pieces and stir into stuffing mix (can also add apples, raisins and/or nuts for a twist).
