Hot Dogs

Boston Celtic Dog
• Top with baked beans and shredded Cheddar cheese.

Breakfast Dog
• Wrap in a refrigerated biscuit and bake to a golden brown.

Buffalo Red Hot
• Cover with hot pepper sauce and crumbled blue cheese.

California Chili
• Pour on the chili and diced onions.

Cheese Dog
• Smother in mustard and melted Cheddar cheese.

Chicago Style
• Add mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes, hot peppers, pickles and celery seed.

Cincinnati Chili Dog
• Lay on the chili and shredded cheese.

Fiesta Dog
• Wrap in a flour tortilla and top with refried beans, diced tomato, shredded cheese, olives and sour cream.

Francheesie
• Spice up with red pepper relish and wrap in Farmland Bacon.

Have fun with your Kids Menu
• Hot Dog Rafts can be made by slicing the dog lengthwise, place on slice of toast and top with melted cheese.
• Make a Hot Dog Burger by making 3/4-inch deep slices every 1-inch down the length of the dog, then form a circle and place on a hamburger bun.
• Seafood Restaurant? Turn the hot dog into an octopus and serve on a plate of spaghetti noodles tinted pale blue-green. Cut bottom half of dog into 8 thin strips for the octopus legs and make a face with mustard.

Jalapeno Dog
• Lace with hot nacho cheese sauce and pickled jalapeno slices.

Kansas City Dog
• Beef up with barbecue sauce.

Mexican Dog
• Top with salsa, shredded pepper-jack cheese and onion

Mushroom Dog
• Pile on sautéed mushrooms.

Other Ideas
• Serve on a toasted bun with honey mustard and Farmland Cider House Bacon.
• Try the traditional chili cheese dog with a new trendy flavor twist – Mexican chili (add salsa or chipotle seasoning to your favorite recipe) and jalapeno-jack cheese, don’t forget to offer pickled jalapeno slices for extra heat. You can also serve these in hard or soft taco shells.
